Our production lines allow us to process various thermoplastics. We use coloured as well as uncoloured plastics. The latter can be coloured as desired using our flexible metering units. For this purpose we apply high quality colour master-batches which are suitable for the plastic material used.

Our metering units also enable us to add special additives (e.g. for the antimicrobial finish of profiles) during our production process.

All our raw materials are supplied by renowned, competent and reliable providers and comply with the current REACH regulations. Whenever the final products come into contact with foodstuffs, we use raw materials meeting the FDA- and/or EU regulations. Furthermore we are able to offer dioctylphthalate (DOP) free PVC profiles.

The right choice of raw material is a critical decision. We will be glad to advice you in choosing the right material!
